We have at two methods to purchase our products:

One: Use the form at the right, click form to download the form, fill out the form, and either fax the form to us or email the form to perspective@metrocast.net (we do not recommend putting credit card information on the form). We will contact you and take credti card information over the phone and use our credit card terminal in our studio to process your order or mail us a check or money order. We prefer a faxed form and mailed check.
